A fine Post 16 education centre for Melton Mowbray.
Rutland should have seen something of the same standard. Rutland County Council conned central government into giving them millions of pounds for a new build. They then decided they would pay a private company a sum of money for the Barleythorpe Conference Centre, tart up the building saying this is a cheaper option. Interestingly the same council took the view a old solid building would cost to much to improve and they demolished the old Church of England School.
