Oakham Town Councillor and Former Deputy Mayor created a board game 'Be a right wanker' featuring me

Oakham Town Councillor and Former Deputy Mayor created a board game

'Be a right wanker' featuring me

Then sent it to Oakham Town Councillors, Rutland County Councillors and Melton Borough Council Staff.

Its a little unsettling reading his and other councillors e-mails about me.

It is very disturbing to know Cllr Charles Haworth remains a Councillor and he and Cllr Joyce Lucas will be expecting people to come and speak to them about personal issues at their surgery on the 7th December
its no surprise to me that both those councillor served on the Police Joint Action Committee whilst Inspector
Johnny Monks was here in Rutland.

He and other Councillors and not forgetting the Town Clerk seem to have a very sick obsession.
None of them are fit for public office.

For over four years they have lied to the police. Sent me sick perverted communications and created some very bizarre activities for there private amusement.

Goodness knows what I am going to find next.

MP Alan Ducan is mentioned in his rules of play

The photograph of me was taken by Former Oakham Mayor Jim Harrison at Alan Duncan's expenses public meeting, Mr Harrison has often provided images for the offensive and sometimes homophobic handy work of Cllr Charles Haworth.

A shopper is restrained after a row broke out at the Asda store in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol,
during the Black Friday rush for cut price goods, November 29 2013.
The man was tackled by security guards after trying to buy two 60 inch televisions.

It is said they did not object to this customer buying two crap brands (I wonder if the pearls
are fake) I personally think the woman smiling is sharing her trolley

The Rutland Lions Christmas Food Collection

For the first time this year, following the start up of the local Food Bank, the Lions Christmas Food Collection focused specifically on collecting and distributing Christmas treats, such as a small Christmas cake/pudding, minced pies, chocolate/sweets etc, rather than some of the more staple items, i.e. baked beans, soups, pasta, rice etc.

They asked members of the public to "Donate a Treat" ensuring that as many people as possible within Rutland, who would otherwise be unlikely to enjoy any Christmas food treats, are not forgotten, and receive a bag of festive food items.

A interesting change The Food Bank help people in crisis three times once a year.

The Lions have traditionally help a different need  at Christmas.

The change may be good for the elderly people who have been in the past supplied with many tins of Tesco Value beans, maybe this year they will receive a pack of mince pies this year just like the older couple shown above receiving free mince pies at the Co-op opening and being directed by a staff member.

People receiving a bag of Christmas Food Treats can expect delivery during week commencing Monday 2nd December.

Rutland County Council turns to The occult, to raise revenue, séances, vigils, and experiments  were carried out on Public Property, Oakham Enterprise Park, Former HMP Ashwell.

According to a report in this weeks Rutland Mercury, about 30 Rutland Residents
attended the event.

Conservative Deputy Leader of Rutland County Council told the newspaper
"we are always open to ideas that will generate income"

I used to liken the local police and our councils in Oakham and Rutland to those that appear in the Film Hot Fuzz, I always added I did not know if there were any strange underground secretive organisations
like those shown in the film....

Lincet Tutti From, Tesco £3 for some time now I have looked at
these tiny product in the desert chiller in Tesco Oakham.

Priced at £3.00 I could not afford the purchase.

I sometimes see the product reduced but still not a low price.

Last night a lot of the product was reduced to 10p

So I purchased two still unsure what  I was buying.

I found the product is a blob of cheese covered in fruit.

I wonder why it is not displayed in the cheese chiller.

If you compare it against the price other speciality cheese
it does seem a bit expensive at £3.00

Charles Haworth, Oakham Town Councillor was responsible for the closure of my Flickr accounts
why did Helen Briggs and Geoff Pook Rutland County Council Lie?

My Flickr accounts were constantly closed and I lost a lot of money each time BT Yahoo closed them.

Rutland  County Council and Oakham Town Council objected to some of my photographs and
lawful comment.

Back in 2010 it was easy to secure the closure of Flickr accounts. You made a report and as you can see from Councillor Haworth's email correspondence distributed by Former Oakham Mayor Jim Harrison
he appears to be surprised by the instant response and action taken to close my account for the last time.

When  I questioned Rutland County Council about this activity at a public meeting the admitted
they were responsible for the closure of my accounts, but it was not their intention to have the
accounts closed. They objected to comments and images posted and wanted them removed.

Why did they take the blame for Oakham Town Councillor Haworth's actions?

Did they ask him to do it?

Why did  Leicestershire Police recently asked him to access my Facebook account to
see if I was discussing my trial on-line?

The same has happened to some of my Yfrog accounts which I used to host images
for this blog. resulting in missing images on this blog.

One example was when I posted images of Leicester City Councils Beatrice Potter
Christmas display all those  images were flagged as offensive. I can only assume
that was also Cllr Haworth attempting to disrupt by blog after all that his and the
local authorities goal!

Councillor Charles Haworth, Inclusive Design, Rutland Chat Forum, Rutland County Council

This email sent by Councillor Charles Haworth to Inclusive Design Ltd Director Ms Smith
was also sent to Former Oakham Mayor Cllr Jim Harrison. Who distributed the email to Melton Borough Council Staff, Rutland County Council Staff and members of the public.

In his email Cllr Haworth appear to be denying he is Lardboy who posted Homphobic and Anti Semitic comments on Rutland County Council Chat Forum.

Due to arrest in January 2013 and seeing his police statement in which he admits to being that user and his court appearance in the case he brought against me along with Helen Briggs Chief Executive of Rutland County Council and Sgt Wharton of  Leicestershire Police I now know he is Lardboy and so do the public thanks to the local media coverage.

Sgt Wharton was the investigating officer when the resident made complaints about Cllr Haworth's (Lardboy) anti Semitic posting about her and he did nothing. Although he did make up a false case against me some years later to support Haworth's, Lucas, Beeches and Briggs false complaints against me.

Councillor Haworth private correspondence from Director of Inclusive Design Ltd, about a resident in his Oakham ward, Roger Begy Rutland County Council

Councillor Haworth freely distributes private correspondence from Director of Inclusive Design Ltd
about a resident in his Oakham ward.

The following private email sent to Cllr Charles Haworth was sent to Former Oakham Mayor Cllr Jim
Harrison who distributed it to Rutland County Council staff, Melton Borough Council staff and members
of the public.

Cllr Haworth was once an an employee of Melton Borough Council and Rutland County Council
The Cllr should resign what right does he have to distribute such personal information about residents
in his ward.

Is it also right for a Company Director to be sending a Town Councillor so much information to
a demented and vindictive Homophobic Town Councillor, (client confidentiality?)

(and poor Mr Begy) the final comment in the email, yes poor Mr Begy Conservative Leader of Rutland
County Council who had just been found guilty by Standards for England for misconduct against that
resident. but unlike the criminal courts they could not take into consideration the 16 previous complaints
about his disgusting conduct.

I wonder why the firm was interested in Cllr Haworth's Anti Semitic comments he posted
on the Rutland Chat Forum about that resident.

Charles Haworth, Elaine Smith, Inclusive Design, Matthew Taylor, Rutland County Council Planning Corruption

In this email from Councillor Charles Haworth to Elaine Smith at Inclusive Design
A firm of Architects who employed a former Rutland County Council Planning Officer
who was co-opted onto Oakham Town Council. Cllr Matthew Taylor very quickly
resigned after I blogged  about a letter sent to the council when the resident this
email is mainly about was told Matthew had become her ward councillor along with
Haworth and Lucas.

Once again Cllr Haworth is including my name, at this point I had only just met the

resident he is writing about.

This is also the year Cllr Haworth Cllr Harrison and Former Mayor Paul Beech started

their disgusting homophobic attacks against me on the Rutland County Council
chat forum. At that point in time, I did not know Cllr Haworth.

Cllr Haworth also admits sending the firm an anonymous postcard on behalf

"the people of Oakham"

Disgusting this man should resign, he is unfit to be a councillor

It is also very clear from all the emails I that have lawfully been forwarded to me most of Oakham Town Council and Rutland County Council knew about the disgusting conduct I and others have been subjected
to for many years and Leicestershire Police have assisted these people to carry out their very
vindictive and nasty attacks against me and other residents.

Now I can see why Inspector Monks frequently met with Haworth in the computer room at Oakham library and why the police switched there interest to me and failed to prosecute Haworth and others and won't review their decision not to prosecute the councillor now despite DS McDonalds offer to do so even before
the District Judge had found me not guilty of their trumped up charges. Cllr Haworth committed acts perjury in court.

Elaine Smith was a Director and Company Secretary of Inclusive Design Ltd (In Liqidation)
