A Rutland home owner wants to extend their home. The Council has requested
£34k from them.
I fully agree with their comment:
"Rutland County Council wants £34k Section 106 b4 they will let me extend,disgusting"
This is not the first resident who has fallen foul of this greedy Tory Council.
