Oakham Town Council will no longer pay Loo of the Year Award
Oakham Town Council decided this evening that it will no longer enter its Church Street Bogs into loo
of the year.
I am not sure if its because they stink and have done for some time, even though the council pay a man
just over £20,000 a year to clean them.
The smell was confirmed by Cllr Dewis and Cllr Martin said the baby changing room also stunk.
