Vale Judo Club, Oakham Business Park, Cllr Dewis Says They Pay Rutland County Council a preferential rent

Vale Judo Club, Oakham Business Park, Cllr Dewis Says They Pay Rutland County Council a preferential rent to move to the former Ashwell Prison Site.

At Oakham Town Councils meeting Cllr Alf Dewis told all The Vale Judo Club Chain pay Rutland County Council a preferential rent.

I wonder if the very big rumours of a long term friendship between the founder of the chain and The Conservative Deputy Leader of Rutland County Council Cllr Terry King has anything to do with this
preferential rent?

Now a Oakham Town Councillor has spoken publicly about this, I think this could be a good question
to ask at the next full RCC meeting.

I wonder if the councils prefered wine supplier also was tempted by a preferential  rent
