8. CO-OPTION OF NEW COUNCILLOR TO THE OAKHAM NORTH WEST
WARD
To decide on the person to be co-opted as the new member of Oakham Town Council
for the Oakham North West Ward

9. AUTHORISATION OF ABSENCE
To decide whether to authorise the ongoing absence of Cllr Mrs Maureen Dodds due
to ill health since her last attendance at a meeting of the Council or any of its
Committees on January 29th
 2014

10. WILLOW CRESCENT PLAY AREA (Appendix C)
To decide on a supplier for the refurbishment of the Play Area at Willow Crescent
should the grant application to WREN be successful

11. DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS (Appendix D)
To decide whether to authorise payments to various companies by variable Direct
Debit in accordance with Financial Regulation 6.6

12. PLANNING SUB-COMMITTEE (Appendix E)
To consider a report on the possible appointment of a Planning Sub-Committee and to
make any decisions as appropriate.

13. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS (Appendix F)
