Draft minutes don't show Oakham Town Council last minute thought about
Oakham School. If it was not for Cllr Joyce Lucas raising the tragic incident
I don't believe this self obsessed Council would have done anything the
good thing is I know it did not go un-noticed. Even Rutland County Council
sent a letter the very next day.
A lot more time was given to the long overdue resignation of a member of
the old guard.
