To decide whether to approve the installation of a replacement bench at the corner of Cold
Overton/Barleythorpe Road an estimated cost of £800

To approve and implement a new Council Policy on Disorderly Conduct

To decide whether to approve the Schedule of Payments for the period

16. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
To consider the following applications and to agree on any recommendations or comments to be
made to Rutland County Council:

(i) 2015/0262/FUL Brooke Hill Academy
New extension to the existing school and a new sliding door to one of the existing
school and a new sliding door to one of the existing classrooms. The proposed extension
comprises of two classrooms together with two intervention rooms, a music room,
toilets and cloak rooms. The proposed building will be linked to the existing school by a
corridor and will be positioned at the playground area, not visible from the main road.
The proposed extension will be a single storey building of a similar height to the
existing school buildings.

Following a fire which has destroyed a single storey portion of the factory, as part of the
rebuild it is intended to increase the size of the area that will be covered by the new
construction.

Construction of a single storey side extension to the south elevation of the
dwellinghouse following demolition of existing car port. Construction of a single storey
rear extension to the north west elevation

Removal of front linked double garage and rebuild new single storey double integral
garage, new entrance and stairwell. New two storey side extension to provide extended
ground and first floor accommodation, single storey rear extension with part first floor
bedroom extension and extended ground and first floor to side incorporating new utility,
WC and bathroom and en-suite accommodation to first floor together with various
internal alterations.
