Cllr Adam Lowe Receives Chain of Office Deputy Mayor of Oakham No Kiss
At the Town Council meeting yesterday evening Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis
presents Cllr Adam Lowe Deputy Mayor of Oakham with the chain of
office.
Cllr Lucas thinking back to the big kiss Alf gave the outgoing Mayor
the week before asked are you going to kiss him. Sadly their was
no kiss for Adam this week.
