The Independent candidate makes a strange comment about her political interests.
I don't say that strange because of reason for becoming interested in politics.
She claims her baptism created her interest in politics and that was her reason
for becoming a Councillor.
It is a matter of public record and from her opening statement she has had two
periods of serving as a Councillor in Melton she resigned from the Labour Party
stating the reason she had become a born again Christian and all party politics
were against her religious beliefs. So I wonder what politics she has adopted
which she feels fit her religious beliefs?
