Dear Mr Dewis,
In May I raised a question about an invoice shown paid on the schedule of payments.
You told me, as chairman at that meeting the payment was for employment
advice.
Since that meeting I have raised councillors questions, based on your answer.
Tonight I asked a further question about the same payment made to Wilkin
Chapman and you responded differently. You stated the invoice was now for
work relating to disorderly conduct.
What made you change your mind?
