1. Cllr Paul Mills declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interests item 5 (iv) as the applicant is known to him. Cllr Mills declared he would remain in the room, take part in discussions but would abstain from any vote
2. No other interests were declared

It was proposed by Cllr Paul Mills, seconded by Cllr Michael Elliott and unanimously resolved

that the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Sub – Committee held on Monday 10^th August 2015 be signed by the Chairman as a true record of that meeting

Proposed single storey rear extension to enlarge principle living and kitchen/dining space.
