  1. Cllr Paul Mills declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interests item 5 (iv) as the applicant is known to him. Cllr Mills declared he would remain in the room, take part in discussions but would abstain from any vote
  2. No other interests were declared

37/15 MINUTES (Appendix A)
It was proposed by Cllr Paul Mills, seconded by Cllr Michael Elliott and unanimously resolved
that the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Sub – Committee held on Monday 10th August 2015 be signed by the Chairman as a true record of that meeting

Proposed single storey rear extension to enlarge principle living and kitchen/dining space. New two storey side extension to provide new utility, WC and enlarged master bedroom with various internal alterations and external treatment (as previous consented scheme).
