This morning the town Clerk has confirmed another new town councillor
has indicated they are resigning from Oakham Town Council via email.
He has told the Councillor they must send their resignation notice to 
the chairman. I hope this is not another one who has been bullied by the
Mayor Cllr Alf Dewis we lost Cllr Dave Blanksby because he was was 
"bullied by Cllr Dewis"
