To approve the Strategy Assurance Documents for 2016 – 2017 from the Promotions and Publicity
Working Group

9. CO-OPTION OF NEW MEMBERS
To decide whether to co-opt new members to the Council for the Oakham North East Ward and Oakham
North West Ward

10. CITIZEN’S ADVICE RUTLAND FUNDING (Appendices C(i) – C(iii))
To consider a report and to make any decisions as appropriate

11. GROUNDS MAINTENANCE 2016 – 2017 (Appendix D)
To consider a report and to decide whether to extend the Contract with Cory Environmental for the
Council’s Ground Maintenance by one year.

12. ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE AND EXTERNAL PREPARATION OF 2015 – 2016 ACCOUNTS
(Appendix E)
To consider a report from the Financial Matters and Procedures Working Group and to make such
decisions as considered appropriate
