2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Members are asked to declare, if required:

8. WORKING GROUPS AND STEERING GROUPS STRATEGY (Appendices D, i, ii to follow)
To receive written reports and to approve any expenditure from Working and Steering Groups
and to make any decisions as appropriate:
(i) Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
(ii) Promotion and Publicity Working Group
(iii) Christmas Working Group

9. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS (Appendices E, i, ii)
(i) To decide whether to approve the Statement of Accounts to 28th February 2018
(ii) Members to consider the financial budget to 28th February 2018
(iii) To approve Clerks expenditure

10. RESIDENTS-ONLY PARKING ZONE (Appendix F)
Deferred Item: To consider a residents-only parking zone be implemented in Sculthorpe Close
and to confirm whether the Town Council are in support of the proposal

11. PARKING ON HACKAMORE WAY (OPPOSITE ALDI) Appendix G)
To consider a proposal from Rutland County Council

12. ADDITIONAL DISABLED PARKING SPACES IN OAKHAM (Appendix H)
To consider a proposal from Rutland Access Group:
(i) Are Council happy to support the proposal?
(ii) Would the Council be willing to make a financial contribution?


13. EVENTS SUPPORT (Appendices I i)
To consider a request and to make any decisions as appropriate

14. REVISION TO FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (Appendix J)
To consider an amendment to the Council’s Financial Regulation 4.1 and to decide whether to
agree to the amendment

15. AMENDMENT TO STANDING ORDERS (Appendix K)
To consider an amendment to the Council’s Standing Order 21 and to decide whether to agree to
the amendment

16. ALLOTMENTS LEASE (Appendix L)
To consider a request and to make any decisions as appropriate

To consider a request and to make any decisions as appropriate

18. REQUEST TO USE CUTTS CLOSE
To consider a request and grant permission for Hollands Fair to use Cutts Close from 1st May
until Monday 7th May 2018

19. CO-OPTION FOR THE OAKHAM NORTH EAST WARD VACANCY
To appoint members for the interview panel (minimum of four)

20. HEARING AID WORKING GROUP
To appoint members to the working group

21. BUS STOP ENHANCEMENTS (Appendix N)
To make any recommendations to Rutland County Council

22. EXEMPT ITEM
To decide whether to exclude the Press and Public under Section 1 of the Public Bodies
(Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, as amended, during consideration of Item 23 on the Agenda
as they both concern confidential matters

 23. REPORTS FROM THE STAFFING COMMITTEE (Appendices O i)
To receive recommendations from the Staffing Committee and to make any decisions as
appropriate
