A lot of computer equipment has been discarded
by Tresham College. The copper collecters were
not interested in these and many other monitors
the just cut the cables off and stripped for copper
the whole site has been stripped of every piece
of copper, some one has spent a long tome on site
stripping copper, including water tanks.

Land for sale!

One of Oakham's few remaining green fields is to be sold.

Some time ago I blogged my thoughts about this and suggested The public and Town Council purchase the land. Its a big project and not one that is not possible.

On Monday the Town Council will be asked its view.

It may be possible to claim various grants.

I believe there is enough support for saving this green field for the communtiy.
