UKIP Rutland Councillors, accused of being conspiracists, By Leicestershire Police Inspector Lou Cordiner in a letter

UKIP Rutland Councillor, Richard Gale, writes to Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police
After receiving what he describes as an extraordinary letter from Police Inspector Lou Cordiner
the outgoing Rutland LPU Commander based here at Oakham, the police station soon to be
closed.

In his letter to the Chief Constable Simon Cole, Cllr Richard Gale highlights part of the Inspectors letter:

Most recently I have found words used by one of your senior officers to be totally unacceptable, unjust and unfounded. Does this demonstrate an attitude towards us? I did reply to that officer expressing my concern but have received no reply. The officer wrote   "I understand that you believe all the police are corrupt and that anything they do or don't do feeds your belief that it is a conspiracy against you".   As an elected member of the community I do not expect to be spoken to in such a way. I have again written to that officer for an explanation but find they are away until the 10th of December. This is why I have written to you because the continual delay after delay is not acceptable, I believe you would agree.

"I understand that you believe all the police are corrupt and that anything they do or don't do feeds your belief that it is a conspiracy against you".

Inspector Lou Cordiner, LPU, Commander, Rutland
