Chief Executive of Rutland County Council Sacked For Losing Leaders Coffee Money

Chief Executive of Rutland County Council Sacked For Losing Leaders Coffee Money.

Yesterday the CEO was given 40p for Terry's coffee, on the way to the coffee machine
she lost the money. Helen was frantic and spent hours sitting in the staff smoking area
pondering. "how could get out of this one"? as she sat stroking her moggy named Debs.
She called her friendly Baker,  no help there.

This time there was no way out of this crisis, there were no staff remaining at Rutland County Council to take this fall for Helen or even the push.

not even a contracted in member, via video phone from Peterborough or Corby,

So Helen knocked on Terry's door and confessed all.

Terry Stormed out of the office, no courage
in the old lion that was lost many, many years ago.

Terry stomped across the swooning
bridge towards Uppingham, with a little less care than usual, this caused him to slip on
a freshly painted yellow line and bump his head.

Anyway to cut a long story short Terry got up to his feet and whilst walking to Uppingham
along the way he met, Joyce (Ding Dong (not quite yet) Stanley the fat controller,
and Adam all of to Uppingham to meet Alfie the almighty and powerful.

When they met Alfie they learnt he had lost all his powers and it was up to them to sort
their own mess now.

Whilst walking back Terry finally found his courage, we are not sure how, whilst walking along the recently created yellow sludge path linking Uppiingham to Oakham Terry picked an old blackberry
from the hedge and sent a text to Helen, "Your fired! thanks for creating a lean Rutland but
you have exhausted the mean. We can lose millions and you can even lose your hair dye
but losing my 40p was the final straw"

A new island will be created at Rutland Water and named Briggs Island with poor
transport links and no supporting infrastructure and the highest council tax in England.
to mark the 10 successful years of the outgoing CEO.

Happy April 1st.....
